  • The full soundtrack to heavy-metal tribute Brutal Legend has been unveiled, and, says the game's music director, it'll 'kick your f.ing teeth in.' It's no secret that we here at Chez Escape are rather looking forward to playing as Jack Bla - er, Eddie Riggs, running around a heavy metal fantasy world and making things explode with A.) a massive axe and B.) the power of rocking out.
  • Listen to your favorite songs from Brutal Legend Original Soundtrack by Peter McConnell Now. Stream ad-free with Amazon Music Unlimited on mobile, desktop, and tablet.
  • Bishop of Hexen - A Serpentine Crave Game: Brutal Legend.
  • The music is so deeply woven into the overall Brutal Legend experience, so it's great to know that all of the original songs are in the Xbox One version. Brutal Legend's connection to metal goes.

Brutal Legend Game Soundtrack

It's a pretty sweet list, featuring an extremely wide variety of sub-genres. From what I can tell the tracks have been chosen quite smartly in that most will definitely appeal to those of us into metal, yet the many people playing Brutal Legend who aren't should still be able to enjoy the lighter, more melodic tracks. Presumably you'll be able to filter them by style through the Deuce's radio.

One thing to note is that EA's site introduces these tracks with the word 'including', which is an implication that there may be more tracks than this in the final cut once any licensing negotiations are done.

And of course let's not forget that the venerable Peter McConnell will be composing music for Brutal Legend, which we've briefly heard during the cutscenes in the commentary videos. Equally looking forward to hearing more of that, personally!

The full track list is below, and thanks to space observatory-eyed Potatoe Sam for letting us know about this so quickly. Mkv video file. Always a good idea to check BRUTAL!'s many comments for cutting-edge tidbits!

Fangamer presses Brütal Legend Vinyl Soundtrack: Ormagöden Edition

Brutal Legend Free

Fangamer has scheduled shipping for Brütal Legend Vinyl Soundtrack: Ormagöden Edition for mid-February, 2021.
The twenty-track orchestral metal vinyl soundtrack composed by Peter McConnell is decorated with art from Lee Petty. Developer Double Fine has uploaded a preview video, narrated by roadie Eddie Riggs voice actor Jack Black.
The action-adventure game with real-time strategy elements can be purchased on Steam for Windows, Mac and Linux, and on Xbox One through backward compatibility. The Brütal Legend digital soundtrack is available for purchase through Steam and streaming on Spotify.
From the product page:
Brütal Legend is an action-adventure that marries visceral action combat with open-world freedom. Set in a universe somewhere between Lord of the Rings and Spinal Tap, it's a fresh take on the action/driving genre, which in this case is full of imitation cover bands, demons intent on enslaving humanity and Heavy metal tunes. Featuring the talents of comedian, actor and musician, Jack Black as super roadie Eddie Riggs, as well as cameos by some of the biggest names in metal music it's a wild ride in the belly of the beast that is not to be missed by gamers and Metalheads alike.
